Happy 4th Anniversary!

We celebrated just a little bit late and enjoyed a weekend away in Midway.  We enjoyed our time together and a chance to relax.
It was our first time leaving Molly over night.
We spent Saturday-Monday (Aug 20-22)  eating yummy food, sleeping in, breakfast in bed, out to eat, shopping,  walks, time to talk and do whatever we wanted.  We loved every minute.
We were able to start the weekend off by going to the Logan temple...where it all began :)
The past four years have been so wonderful.  We feel very blessed.
Molly enjoyed herself with Nana and Papa while we were gone.  She had the time of her life. She was very spoiled...tea parties, visits to the zoo, jumping on the trampoline, walks, visiting the goats and chickens, ice cream, reading books...the works. (Thanks Nana and Papa!)

(Thanks for the pictures, Mom)

Christensen Family Vacation

We spent a long weekend in Dingle (Bear Lake) with the whole family- minus Candice(who we missed). We had a lot of fun.  Yummy food, games, laughs, making "rock angels", shooting skeet, boating, playing on the beach, and just being together.
(Thanks Brandt, for having such a fun cabin-and for sharing)

A Little Sewing Project

I bought Molly a hideous "Wiggles" chair for $2.  She fell in love with it at the store and I thought I could recover it.  Jake, being the wonderful, talented husband that he is, helped me figure out how to do it-and together we made this transformation.
Molly picked out the fabric and is in love with it.
We are trying to decide if we want to be brave enough to recover our glider rocking chair.  We think it would be fun to re-do it for the nursery :)

Cache Valley Century
Jake rode the century again this year :)  We are proud of him.
