christmas

We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!
We sure did.
Ours was filled with all the thing that matter most.
We are grateful for a seson that brings such joy and reminds us of our Savior.
Christmas is Magical.
Our Little Christmas Elf.
Cute.
Christmas is so much more fun when you have a baby of your own.

Ho. Ho. Ho.

Kissin' Cousins. Molly kissed Elsie every chance she got...and tried kissing Liam too.  She just can't run quite as fast...yet. :) (She really is cruising around though. I can't believe how quick on her feet she is)
She loves both of her cousins so much!

Christmas morning

who? me? :)
Molly shares her Dad's love for pop. She had fun hauling these around all weekend.
She loves carrying/dragging heavy things around.
10 pound bag of potatoes...tables at the church...anything that weighs half as much as her
One night, while the whole firth clan was together, we made collages. (Great idea mom and dad!) It was so fun to watch everyone create. Not everyone finished (including us) but those who did-wow!
It was a very fun way to spend the evening together and we hope we can do it again in the future.
Molly loved playing with Chantel and Brandt's new puppy and drinking more than her share of egg nog.

We finally took an updated picture of the Christensen Fam. I don't think we've really ever had one done of the whole family since we've been married (other than at weddings).

just the three of us.
really blurry...but...oh well :)
ok. this picture cracks me up.
Molly was screaming because she had just smacked heads with Steven.
And Check out Mom and Candice.
Funny.

This year was my golden birthday. And it was just that. golden.

blessed

It's the most wonderful time of the year.
I LOVE Christmas.
There really is a magic in the air during the holidays that you can't help but feel.

We had another wonderful Thanksgiving this year.
I am so blessed.
This past year has been filled with so much joy.
I can't believe it is almost over.

I will never forget 2010...the year we got this sweet angel.
I wanted her for so long.
I am so lucky to be her mommy and am so grateful to know that I can be with my family forever.
Because mine is the best.

Today had a lot of perfect moments
Jake surprised us and came home for lunch. We shared Sandwiches from Moochies and then Reeses for dessert (Molly's favorite part of the meal). We read books. Lounged on the couch. And had a perfect hour and a half just hanging out in the middle of the day with nothing to do but be together.

It really is the little things that mean the most...
