SpRiNg has sprung

"The spring I have counted one hundred and thirty-six different kinds of weather inside of four and twenty hours."
-Mark Twain

"Every spring is the only spring - a perpetual astonishment."
- Ellis Peters

"It's spring fever. That is what the name of it is. And when you've got it, you want - oh, you don't quite know what it is you do want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!"
- Mark Twain

"April prepares her green traffic light and the world thinks Go."
- Christopher Morley, John Mistletoe

We have had some crazy spring-time weather the past few weeks. Sunshine one second, crazy rain the next. But it has been BEATIFUL the past few days! I am glad we live somewhere that we get to have all four seasons.

To put it like Jake did while talking to his grandpa last night, "Molly is growing like a weed." (By the way, Grandpa Elmo is THE man to talk to if you are planning a road trip!) She discovered her toes last week and loves to hold them...or pull her socks off and suck on them. She is much more attentive to what is going on around her. She follows everyone and everything around her--taking it all in. I love to watch her watch. She has been really happy and smiley lately...as long as she is in the same room as the action is. (Which, coincidentally, is most often whichever room she happens to be in.)
I love getting to stay home with her. It is such a blessing to be a mom! I have the best little girl and hubby ever.
She loves her daddy! Whenever he laughs, she does. And I'm pretty sure he is still her favorite person to look at.
I kinda think she is getting balder. But maybe its just cuz her head is growing and her hair isn't (this is what my mom and my sister tell me).
She has also turned into a little worm. I lay her in her crib (or wherever) and come back a few seconds later and she has done a complete 180. She has just about figured out rolling from her back to her tummy...but hasn't quite mastered it yet.
She is also just barely learning how to have fun in the bath. Up until just this week she would just lay there all relaxed...she is starting to discover that she can splash.
We love her!

A good neighbor and family friend from Logan made this cute tutu for her.
Love that face!

We had a wonderful easter weekend. We got to spend it with Mom, Dad, Cami, and Em in the Goblin Valley area. It was so fun to enjoy the great outdoors and visit a new area.
We were able to walk through a really cool slot canyon (Little Wild horse), explore Goblin Valley, visit the Utah Prehistoric Museum, drive through the San Rafael Swell--there was even a "Molly's Castle" there :) , and visit with the cute Jacklin family on the way there and back.

Here are a few video clips that we've taken the past few weeks.

p.s. Thanks to both grandmas for the cute clothes! :) We are spoiled.
